Granola and Blueberry Jam

Hello again, welcome back to the blog! Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of hosting Kemion (@gluten_free_plantaste) on an IG LIVE where she shared some breakfast recipes with us. Granola


1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup dried cranberries

2 tbsp coconut desiccated

1/2 cup applesauce

2 tbsp date paste

2 cups oats

1 tbsp cinnamon

Handful of almonds


  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 190° or until granola is dry.

  2. Be sure to turn the granola so that it is baked evenly.



Blueberry Jam


2 cups frozen blueberries

3 tbsp date paste or sweetener of choice.

1 tbsp + 1tsp ground chia seed


  1. In a sauce pan, cook for 10 minutes

  2. Add the chia seeds once cooked to thicken.
